I have written many emails asking for a refund for a Spanish return transfer cancelled due to the current travel restrictions. The Company has consistently refused to refund me and will only offer a Credit Note, this is despite that I have explained that I have lost my job due to the virus and will not be travelling in the foreseeable future. I really need the refund but they will not meet their legal obligation to refund me.

In their T&Cs they offer EITHER Credits or a Cash Refund yet they will not refund me.

They were quick enough to take my money though and have no morals or Customer Care.
