Had a return coach trip booked and paid in advance. Arrived at Faro airport on time and proceeded to the Excudo desk as explained by my hoppa confirmation and etickets. Showed paperwork to the rep and was told there was a problem with my booking and I would have to contact Hoppa. I called Hoppa on one of the numbers which was on my paperwork and got through to the rep at Excudo desk in front of me. so I then called the other number and got through to another Portuguese rep who also explained to me I would need to speak to Hoppa. I asked her for a number for hoppa and she gave me the same number that I had just rang. Excudo and Hoppa are so disorganised . Avoid these 2 companies.
