I was a bit worried that everything would go to plan as I booked online in the UK for a work event in Portugal. Hired 2 mini buses for transport to golf course and back. Punctual polite and helpful, sent buses to collect early when I called up at 15 minutes notice. Fantastic service, highly recommended and I will definitely use again.

Drivers went out of their way to be genuinely helpful. Pricey but worth it.

We booked two minibuses, one with access for a wheelchair, for thirteen passengers for transfers to our holiday villa and return after a two week holiday. We were met as promised at the airport and taken to our villa with no problems at all. We received the same excellent service for our return journey. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm for a fist class service.

I didn't receive a confirmation mail and was unable to log in to the site or do a password reset to check a telephone number in case there was no driver. Fortunately the drives was on time.

We used this service for transfers between Faro airport and Albufeira for a party of 12 including my disabled daughter. She is 11 and a wheelchair user and all of the vans used were great for her - even with a lift to get her onboard. All of the drivers were very professional and friendly and the service was on time in both directions. Would definitely recommend for wheelchair transfers if you are unable to sit out with your chair. The booking process through the website was easy too and all communications were professional. I also thought that this was a good value service compared to other transfer companies.

I was happy that I pre booked, knowing I would walk off the plane and straight to a taxi without having to stress was good. However my flight was delayed by an hour so I thought maybe the taxi wouldnt be there but they were notified and still showed up waiting. Such a good friendly service!
