Coach turned up 1 and 1/2 half later but we have booked the UBER at this point. Try to get a full refund but apparently as the coach had an accident and it was unforeseen circumstances that they will not refund and that it is stated on the contract. What protection do us clients have then?? Instead of apologising for the inconvenience and stress caused , the manager then sends me a very defensive email . still no apology!!
