Marked paintwork.
On dropping car off at Heathrow terminal 5 no problems. On return the car was filthy, mud on carpets dirty scuff marks on the door panel. On returning home had the car washed and discovered the paint work was marked all over with what looked like water marks that would not wash off. Phoned customer services who asked for photo's. Dually sent and as you might expect no reply. So unless you want a £150 valeting bill to polish the marks out don't touch this company with a barge pole .

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Extremely competitive and the staff were exceptional from the time of booking until landing back at Heathrow. Will recommend to everyone I know and will definitely be using Park and Go for future trips.
Never Use This Company!!
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from Terminals Parking. Not only did my car come back filthy and covered in mud, but it had a huge dent in it!! After trying for a week to get through to ANYONE that can help, I'm getting nowhere! No one will even give me the name of the owner of the company. I'm just disgusted, and fuming!

Azul and team could not be more helpful. First of all they are friendly and punctual. Secondly they went above and beyond to help me when upon drop off I accidentally left a bag in my car that I needed to travel with. They went out of their way to help me. 5 star service at an affordable price

I emailed the office with complaint straight after I got to the airport, still awaiting their reply after over 3 weeks!

On receiving our car back the driver was very pushy for us to sign for the return of our vehicle, we refused to sign until we inspected the vehicle although we had been travelling for virtually 22hrs..
Upon inspected the car the drivers sill and rear wheel had been damaged, it looked as though the car had hit a kerb and dragged the sill over the kerb and then hit the wheel, their driver basically stated that if we didn't sign for the car he would take it back to the compound, obviously we would have called the police immediately as he would effectively have been taking our car.. His next resounding comment was "it's not my responsibility"
We are now faced with a bill in excess of £600 and it is virtually impossible to get hold of anybody at Terminal parking... The will ignore your calls not call you back and state they need to inspect there CCTV.
Unfortunately most of the posts I've read are from people who end up giving up and this is why these companies keep getting away with it.. There terms and conditions are absolutely absurd and very unreasonable but I urg everybody to keep going with it as I intend to go to any length to get my money back..
They needs to be more legislation and protection for consumers against these dishonourable people who most of us instrust our second most expensive asset with just for them to destroy and then lye about it..
IF THINK IM GOING AWAY THEY ARE MISTAKEN!

If I could give this company a zero rating, I would but unfortunately a zero option is not available.
We used this company whilst on holiday for two weeks in February. The only reason our review didn't go on here earlier, is due to the companies empty promises to sort the issue out.
The company damaged our vehicle whilst with them and yet despite a time a dated photograph taken whilst in the presence of one of their employees and them accepting liability, they continue to refuse to provide us with their insurance details to enable us to make a claim.
Although the company have accepted liability for the damage caused to our vehicle they will only repair our vehicle at their bodyshop at Heathrow. Given that we live in Lincolnshire, this is not an option for us as we would need to take time off from work to facilitate this, which would be at our expense too. Further to this, we have no idea whether this is an approved bodyshop or a man with a can of spray paint. Given their attitude and lack of engagement for long periods of time, I'm not sure that leaving our vehicle with them a second time would be something we'd even consider.
If you think when leaving your vehicle here that it will be securely monitored by CCTV, then you would be mistaken. There is no CCTV that covers your vehicle and this was confirmed to us in an email from the company stating the incident wasn't captured.
So what this means to you is that without the company providing their insurance details or the name of the person responsible for causing the damage, you will have to pay the excess and claim against your own insurance.
Clearly this company has a lot to learn in both customer service and the legalities of what it is offering.
Use at your own peril. If you don't mind picking up the cost of whatever damage they cause to your vehicle.
Our next stop is court.
Q&A
Does anyone know if they have ceased trading? I've paid for parking during May but have had no email confirmation and the website appears defunct. No reply to email correspondence either. All very suspicious.
They have always been very professional when I have used them but that was last back in October. There is a telephone number on their website.
