I have used Sentinel on four previous occasions so was more than happy to book for my latest holiday on 18 September.
Due to illness I am unable to travel and after contacting Sentinel I was dealt with in an extremely professional manner by the person I dealt with the Managing Director.He quickly arranged for a full refund and I am now in a position to rebook for my rearranged holiday next year. I have only ever received first class service from this company and my latest experience only builds on my confidence in using them for years to come.
