Not happy left keys was told had to due to safety reason ! Yet when away police called me 2 times saying the tracking device was activated due to someone attempting to start vehicle incorrectly, my car has an anti hijack device and is made difficult to start even with the key to avoid theft !.... No need to move it at all was parked in a safe place also when i returned to the car was parked at a wonky angle and had incurred a crease / fold in rear wing absolutely ridiculous service why move cars and drive them round ???????????

The reason for handing in your keys on arrival is because the car park deals with in excess of over 3000 vehicles & the arrival area only handles around 200 cars, cars are then taken to a holding car park around the rear of the office where they are parked for the duration you are away on holiday, then they are brought back around to the departure car park on the day of your return! As for a crease/fold in your rear wing I find that hard to believe as cars are photographed from all angles on your entry to the car park & if any damage was to occur this would be dealt with by the company. I've seen first hand how Sentinel operates & they are the most professional company I am aware of.
