Arrived at 6.10 a.m. loads of people already stood waiting for transport to the airport. Had to wait until 6.50 for a minibus. Many people forced to call for private taxis so they didn’t miss their flights. Unhelpful staff in office. They weren’t bothered about the problems outside. I was told it wasn’t their issue and we should leave more time. The website says to allow 15-20 minutes for the transfer. By the time we arrived at the airport it was over 3/4 hour.
Bus driver was more informative and explained they were a bus down meaning only three were running. His bus should also have been out of operation because it had a defective light. He was risking pints on his own license to get customers to the airport. Thanks you to him.
