Referring to the airport parking at Luton Airport. An overall excellent experience. The directions on the confirmation were clear, the roads were well sign posted and the site was easy to find.

Friendly staff welcomed us and the bus driver was jolly and enthusiastic despite it being 6am. Pick up again was great, bus was waiting for us and the driver was friendly and helpful

The VW key fob has disappeared from my car keys while the car was left in the care of Paige. I emailed them day after collecting my car but they did not even bother replying.

This was the first time I used Paige, used Airparks many times before and never had any issues. Will definitely not be using Paige again.

Booked for four days and returned to find my Porsche covered in bird excrement and no attempt made to let me know or offer to clean it. Have spent most of today cleaning it to find it now covered in scratches too. I use airport parking a lot and have never experienced anything like this to a obviously valued vehicle.

Arrived and booked in . Transfer mini bus to small could not get on . Told would have to wait . 45 mins for its return as only had one running .as other driver off sick? We had to pay for taxi to air port at our expense.in fear we were going to be late for our flight. On return from our journey. Mini bus full could not get on as to small for amount off people. Told would have to wait .half hour .the half hour passed and it had no arrived .payed again for mini cab as now pouring with rain and no shelter. Total cost to me 30 pounds.nearly everyone waiting at bus collection point comping what a bad service at paige parking luton.never again

Easy to make booking online within 5 minutes received confirmation email with all direction details and postcode for satnav.

Arrived at Paige Luton airport parking at 6:30am, found professional staff welcoming us with friendly smile and warm welcome.

Waiting time was 10 minutes, shuttle bus arrived to pickup us, professional driver always smiling and very friendly. Takes 18 minutes ( with light traffic ) from Paige Luton airport parking to the airport.

Driver dropped us in the airport and explained to us how to contact the office when we come back.

When we arrived back in the airport, we rang the office to say we are here.

Shuttle bus showed up in 10 minutes, same driver who dropped us on departure.

Back to Paige airport parking, found my car ready and the staff helped us with the languages as well.

Over all we are very happy with the service and We will use this parking again in the future.
