I've used the parking many times. No problems. But the moment there IS a problem, and I need their help, they're useless.

Easyjet cancelled my flight home from Berlin to mcr, flight was very late on a Sunday night. So, No options for me to get home until the next day.

I get home as soon as I can but land around 1800 next day in MIA. About 17 hours later than I should have done. Parking operative demands an extra £25,to get out of the car park. Quite rude about it too. Not interested in listening to the reason we were late back.

I complained, and made 5 points that I wanted answering... They ignored 4 points, and on the 5th point just basically said tough luck about the £25, and no we can't have it refunded.

I replied to ask them to reconsider, and to answer the other 4 points they ignored, and have had no reply.

Their Customer service deserves a zero star review

Don't touch them with a barge pole. My car had numerous additional scratches when I returned from holiday (didn't notice these until I drove home). My car was filthy and squeezed into a parking space and the area was dark so unable to examine car.

No staff around on return either. Don't believe the rubbish about them having scanners to check the condition of the car customer complaints (joke of a service) absolve all responsibility unless you minutely examine your car before leaving the car park and report any issues (to who and how - when no one is around - is unclear)

Avoid at all costs if you value you car. 

Please share I recently used Safe Parking Meet & Greet at Manchester airport. According to there website the depot is 5 minutes from airport. When collecting our car there was 78 miles on the clock and 2 used water bottles under drivers seat. Beware.

I would like to thank Billy on the desk for helping me when I was in a state about booking the wrong flight and I needed to get to my seriously ill mum in Spain he went out of his way to sort me out and organised a flight from another airport and a train to get me there. So so grateful. Thank you

first time we've used jet parks and we weren't sure what to expect,we were advised to use jet park 1. soon found out we'd no need to worry. found it very easily. found a good spot to park near a bus stop(took photo as advised)waited 5 mins for a bus and within 10 mins we were in the terminal checking in. can't fault it one bit and will always use this method from now on.

We followed clear signs in place due to updating of the car park and spoke to a member of staff via intercom who gave clear instructions. It took very little time to hand over keys. On return the car was very acessible with a short walk back to it for a quick, clearly labeled exit.

This service is professional and convenient to use for a business traveller. I have used another parking company at the airport and they were not as polished as Manchester Airport parking. The difference in price was definitely reflected in the standard of service. Staff are courteous and provide the service on time and I don't have to worry about phoning several times for my vehicle.

Parking at Jet Park 3 was so simple their booking information was simple to use and easy to follow. The directions were easy to follow and finding the car park was simple. The cost of parking was very reasonable and there were plenty of parking spaces to choose from with a very short walk to a nearby bus stop, the busses ran every 10 minutes and were very spacious and dropped of right at the terminal doors. On returning to our car the bus stop was just out side the terminal so we didn't have to drag our cases far and then a short trip back to the car park and leaving the car park was very simple. I would highly recommend parking here if travelling from Manchester it's so easy and stress free.

Dropping off and picking up car couldn't have been easier.

No queues, park right next to the terminal, paperwork ready on arrival and keys ready on return - would use every time.

Great value for money, quick service to and from the airport and a lot safer and more secure than off-site parking companies.
