“Car came back full of bird poop... inside the vehicle!”

Absolutely will NEVER book with them again. Went out of town for work and returned to a car full of poop... literally. The INSIDE of our vehicle was covered in bird droppings! They must have opened a window after they drove it off to their site and left it open. Birds had obviously roosted in it for the entire time we were away. They made no effort to clean it (the driver didn't even acknowledge it) and did not respond when I logged a complaint, including pictures, via the email the woman on the complaint line gave me when I called asking them to do a full clean of our vehicle. Absolutely filthy service, literally. Don't chance it! We will never again book with them!

“The worse car park ever !!!”

The worse car park ever !!! Has been collected my car from Manchester Airport, 2 hours before time has been booked. On the phone call has been informed I am 2 hours early and must pay an extra fee for early collection by bank transfer. Paid £20 by transfer via mobile banking for early collection. Otherwise will have to wait on airport for 2 hours more when my car park time finish. Never happen with unhonest condition when nowhere wroten. After paid needs to wait at Manchester airport next 40 minutes when someone drops my car at disabled people car park place. A person who drop my car after, just door opened and runaway without a word. Too many extra charges by EZYBOOK at Manchester Airport. £6 when you drop your car and collect same £6 for exit airport gate open......AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID !!!

“DO NOT BOOK!”

DO NOT BOOK!!! Long story short, we arrived back at Heathrow to be told our car key was missing. I kept ringing them back every 5 minutes to ask for an update to be told they were still looking and that they would call us back. After many phone calls of them not answering or putting us on hold they informed us that another driver had moved our car and then left our car key in another customers car who had since drove home to Newcastle Upon Tyne. We reported it to the police and they marked it as stolen. The company said they would reimburse us for travelling home, refund us for the parking and deliver our car to our home address. The next day we received a call from the police to say our car had been flagged up on the cameras and was found by the police abandoned in a side road a mile from Heathrow. The police recovered it and impounded it at Heathrow station. We then had to drive 3 hours back to London to pick it up and we had to pay £150 to get it out of the impound. Fortunately it was not damaged inside or out, it still had fuel, no significant extra miles on the clock and they had left the key on the tyre. I have never heard back from the company and I am now £400 out of pocket. These people are sham so please DO NOT BOOK!

“DO NOT BOOK - Dash Cam evidence of speeding and mobile...”

My advice is DO NOT BOOK. Like others are saying they are a third party company that don't do anything when it goes wrong. My car cam shows the driver breaking speed limits at least 3 time with over 40mph in a 30, using his phone without hands free and using my stereo so loud with base on full the microphone was struggling. 40 minutes late on pickup and 20 on collection. He started out after the time he was supposed to be with us and then called us a rude name people when we told him we would leave a bad review. He threw our keys on the floor. Despite video evidence of speeding and phone use over several minutes no refund offered. My sons car was used for over 50 miles yet they park just 5 to 10 miles away. They are also doing something with the car park ticket as they used my sons on another car. It was a red Chrysler voyager. Do not use

“Kwik Parking through Ezybook”

If I Could give 0, I would. I have had a parking booking with this company Kwik through ezybook, I paid all upfront and nowhere in the confirmation email or the Terms and conditions there is any mention of any additional cost. But when we arrived we were asked to pay Short stay £6 and on return as well. Driver was not able to provide any explanation for this. Emailed them and No response. This is a sham, DO NOT USE THEM

On the 8th March 2023 I returned from Geneva and collected my luggage and called ezypark. It was maybe a couple of minutes after 9 and my booked pick up was 9pm. My car was waiting outside and immaculate. If there is a better cheaper meet and greet car park company at Manchester Airport I have not found one. 5 star service. More than sensible prices. 4 days previously I dropped off my car. Different airline. Same 5 star service.

“Do not use this company”

My car was been drop at a meet and greet between the hour of 16:20 – 16:35 at Gatwick South terminal on level 4 orange car park on the 14th of February 2023 before boarding my flight to Spain for a holiday. On returning from my trip to London Gatwick South Terminal level 4 Orange car park on the 18th of February around 10:45, I noticed that one out of the two Dash-cam connection cables had been detached from the connection. I immediately contacted the company to demand the reason why the dash-cam was been altered. The company representative said that none of their workers removed the dash-cam car cable. But, after analyzing the dash-cam video evidence, it was clear that the footage captured every heinous minute and daily usage of my car.

Avoid this company at all cost. I returned back to the London Heathrow T4. I rang them after collecting luggage. They promised 25~30 minutes waiting time, but ended up more than an hour. Called them few times, and every time they say they car is at the entrance of the terminal, and should arrive in 2~3 minutes.

“The worse nightmare ever!!”

This was a worse nightmare ever!! Avoid this company at all cost. We arrived back to the London Heathrow T4 last Tuesday. My niece had her car parked at the airport using park and greet service with Ezybook.co.uk. We rang them after collected our luggage at 12:30pm. We left waiting at the car park for 2 hours waiting for my nieces car to be returned to her. After contacted them 4 times and in the end I had to contacted the Ezybook webchat and complaint to the costumer service and finally got the car back. And worse was not over yet. We were shocked to see that both of the registration plates were missing on the car. We confronted the guy and he denied he had anything to do with it. He was only return the car for his colleague who named Rehul. When we tried to take pictures and he got a bit aggressive. So we left quickly and took a note of his car registration no CK67 CEO. Please avoid this company at all cost. Don’t think we will use park and greet service ever again after this bad experience!! As my niece always park her car in the airport herself but was recommended by a friend which we regret it! We will fight until we get a compensation for the cost to the damage of the car and the distress which has caused to my family. We won’t rest until we do!!

Mileage went up by 35, I got my car serviced before I left and somehow my engine was overheating as soon as I got my car with no coolant in. They have taken my charging port in my car and asked for extra money when I went to pick it up. Please avoid this company at all cost absolutely disgusting service, they are a dodgy business

I cancelled booking and requested refund (as paid xtra for cancellation). Endless emails and promises but no refund. Finally had to get Mastercard to take over. Thanks goodness I booked on credit card. Do not under any circumstances part with your money to this bunch of chancers.

We had a nightmare experience when our car was not returned on Jan 11th 2023 which is too detailed to go in to, but was the worst experience ever. Please please don't book through this company as I wouldn't want anyone to go through what we've been through.

We booked for the car to be picked up in terminal 3 we called in they was so rude and told us to walk 15 min I have a child and a disabled mother I don’t even understand why I’ve payed money to be picked up from the same terminal I’m coming from but end up walking 15-20 min with a child and a disabled mother! What kind of service is this I tried to explain my situation on the phone but the guy I spoke to was so rude he didn’t even care I did mention it was terminal 3 but he did insist it would be 1 and that he won’t come to terminal 3 i have been booking this service everytime I travel and never have I experienced this before I could’ve payed for parking myself and done everything myself! I will make sure to rate the service I received from this company ! I will also want my full refund back due to what happened which is so disappointing and frustrating!

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I repeat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired Ezybook for a Meet and Greet service at Gatwick Airport. My car was returned full of empty cans and rubbish, including several car park tickets which proved that they were using my car for airport runs while I was away. All of which was at my expense as they had used almost half a tank of fuel when it was returned to me. They even had the brazen cheek to remove a child seat from the back seat so that they could fit more passengers in for airport runs, and when they returned the car to me the child seat was in the boot. Worse still was the damage to the alloy wheels and front tyres which had cuts to the outside walls and were unsafe. I had to replace the tyres the following day. The brazen abuse of the vehicle and the blatant abuse of the position of trust that was placed in them is breathtaking. On reading their terms and conditions it would appear that they can do whatever they like to your vehicle - including damaging it - whilst it’s in their care and you can do nothing about it, but you don’t get to see those terms and conditions until you’ve handed over the car. I have contacted Trading Standards over this issue but I won’t hold my breath for anything to happen. This company should not be trading and I urge you to AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

SPAM!! Do NOT book through this site, Worst experience. You'll definitely regret i promise. I have booked through this site to park for a Meet and Greet at Heathrow, from 14-Dec to 11-Jan, I couldn't travel on 14-Dec due to some health issues, I did pay for cancellation insurance, but I couldn't get a refund as I was trying to cancel 4 hours before travel (cancellation policy 24 hrs cancellation). then I used the same booking and traveled on 18-Dec, I also emailed them before traveling and they confirmed to me in the email that my booking I still active. I got a big surprise after reaching Heathrow airport when I contacted the number provided for the meet and Greet in the email, they said, My booking was canceled by Ezy and EZYbook is only the front end, they didn't inform us about your booking, so and I need to rebook and need to repay. as I don't have any choice, I have paid £240 (Original price I paid through this site was £150). When I emailed Ezybooking, they said, they can't do anything about this. I need to take them to court to get my money. Return trip: After landed Heathrow, I contacted the number provided to collect my car (After collecting my luggage), I waited for 1:15m ins to collect my car, It's not worth paying/booking through this site. Please don't book through this comparison site, try to book through the proper company for peace of mind. Date of experience: 15 December 2022

I have not taken Ezybook to court. The company that actually messed up was Mayfair Parking Heathrow. I took Mayfair Parking Heathrow to the county court. The case was judged in my favour, including compensating me for the time wasted in getting my vehicle back. However Mayfair is yet to pay me. So let's see.

Has anyone taken Ezybook to Court? How did you get the money back? What can be done to stop them from trading?I called trading standard and will follow their advice but it does not seem enough

I have not taken Ezybook to court. The company that actually messed up was Mayfair Parking Heathrow. I have taken Mayfair Parking Heathrow to the county court. The case is in progress. Hopefully I will get the money back. Ideally Ezybook is also guilty and deserves to be taken to court.
