Use this company and you will be very sorry! Your car will be, not collected, not delivered, parked anywhere but a secure premises, con'd out of your money if you cancel, given a load of bull if you can get them on the phone, which is unlikely.

I booked my car into this Company to be picked up on 28th Dec 2012 (I booked it on 22nd Oct). I had no confirmation from then that this had been booked so I tried calling them. No reply!!!! So I emailed them....no reply!! since then I've made SEVERAL phone calls. No one ever answers the phone so I've had to leave voicemails and I've also sent TONS and TONS of emails telling them that I do not want there services. They've only gone and taken £35 from my Account. I'm fuming with them. I've just left them another voicemail and sent another email telling them that I expect a full refund. I would seriously re-think booking with this Company.
adpparking is not secured i forgot my camera in my car and when i came back i did'nt found anything in my car now i am using Gatwick meet and greet parkingservice and i am satisfied with their staff and they operates very friendly.
you were LUCKY £35...a lot of people have lost £hundreds!

Very disappointed with this company. Problems with booking, confirmation didn't arrive until a few days after.
Because of a computer problem there was a double booking; I am still waiting for the refund more than a month after the date.
It took more than 20 minutes until the driver arrived, both at departure and arrival, appr 30 minutes.
I tried to phone several times to ask about the refund but there is no answer.
Do Use This Company You May Not Get You Car Back For Days!
I left my car with ADP parking on the 5/11/12 they were late collecting my car, but that was nothing compared to our return on the 12th. We called ADP when we were collecting our cases only to be told our car was locked in a compound

What can I say...ADP PARKING GATWICK AIRPORT are absolute rubbish and you'd be better to set fire to your money than pay these fools.
In truth, I don't normally read reviews but please please take on board other peoples comments as well as my own. I recently booked with ADP and pretty much experienced the same appalling and lacklustre level of service as others on here - firstly it takes a lot of effort to get through to the mobile number given on the ADP website, the main line telephone number just does not connect and instead you get a voicemail message stating that your call cannot be taken and you can't leave a message.
I paid for car parking and received no e mail confirmation so instead took the contact details directly from the website. On Monday 5th November I tried calling at least 20 minutes prior to my arrival at Gatwick and eventually pulled up at Gatwick North Terminal having not managed to speak to anyone, this was 7 failed call attempts. After a further 15 minutes of 'circling' and being moved on from the drop off zone I managed to speak to a female member of staff who promised to have a driver collect my car within 10 minutes. Needless to say it took a further 25 minutes and at least 2 further calls to actually get a driver there. When he eventually sauntered over to me he seemed more interested in chatting to another colleague.
Anyway, stressed out I disappeared for my flight.
My return journey saw me land back at Gatwick at 9.30pm on thursday 8th November, hand luggage only so straight through passport control and ......3 or 4 attempts at calling the mobile number quoted to be told that a driver would be with me in 15 minutes.
To my utter disbelief, after grabbing a coffee I walked to the pick up zone to find the driver with my car, engine running and as I approached he very kindly opened my drivers door as well as the boot for my case. He asked for proof of id, looked at my passport and wished me a good onward journey. I hopped straight into the car, keen to get back home to Essex, part of me thinking I'd maybe been a little too critical of this company.
NOPE - I pulled onto my drive, security light came on and as I got out to grab my case I then noticed that my rear passenger door was badly dented. I immediately phoned ADP on the mobile number and reported this to a member of their staff to be told in a very blank way that I should have checked the car fully upon my return. Right, its 10.20 pm at Gatwick, its dark and your driver has my drivers door open with my engine running - at what point do I think to myself I must just check my car incase they've dented it! The advice from this staff member is to email my dissatisfaction to [email protected]. I emailed at 00.37 on Friday morning and have subsequently emailed a further 2 times - no response. I've also asked for a copy of their CCTV to confirm that they are liable for the damage, again, clearly no response.

Appalling Parking Debacle
Thank goodness for the internet where comments can be left to enable potential customers an informed choice of whether to use this company or not. It's a pity i didn't read the reviews before making my booking!
I made my booking by email 23rd September 2012 completing all the necessary information including name , address, fight number, vehicle colour, make and registration contact number. I then received a purchase receipt of the financial transaction with details and contact number to call 20 minutes from the airport. I then sent a return email confirming my airport arrival time asking for confirmation they were aware of the pickup time. This was ignored and i resent the email again and ignored again. On our way to the airport i tried unsuccessfully five or six times to call the mobile number 07895 095393 but it was engaged. By the time we were 5 minutes from the airport i eventually got through to someone who promised to collect the car from the designated pick up location within 10 minutes they then asked me if i had received a confirmation email to which i confirmed "yes" but the female taking the call apparently had no paperwork to this effect as the office was closed. After arriving we waited 15 minutes before trying to call again (several times).Again we were assured someone would be with us directly. In the meantime we engaged in conversation with other APD clients one of which had waited fifty minutes and was only just getting his car picked up. Another lady in the car in front had been unable to contact the mobile number at all and was conversing with APD through me as i had to call them once again. She had run out of time and had decided to park in the long stay car park. Eventually someone from APD arrived to take my car albeit some 40 minutes late. Even giving ourselves some extra time for potential delays we had to hastily make our way through airport security and passport control.
On our return back to Gatwick at the advised stated time we attempted to call the contact number to advise we had passed through baggage collection and would be ready to receive the car in 15 minutes or so. This took six or seven attempts to even get through to them. They told us where to wait and would be with us in 15 minutes or so. After 30 minutes of waiting we tried to contact them again. Same scenario it took 5 or more attempts to get through to them. They assured us they would be with us in 15 minutes. Still no car. After another 20 minutes i called them again ( same amount of phone attempts to get through) I was then advised they had lost the car key!!!!!!!!!! And were looking for it and would call back in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes i called them again and they said it was locked in the compound and they couldn't find the key. I asked how could a car parking company whose business it was to look after customers cars to lose the key and was told " we have thousands of keys and some get lost" . I requested they tell me where they were situated and i would get a taxi and come and help them identify the key. The man on the end of the phone would not give me their location despite my repeated requests. He said they were still trying to find it and would ring me back in 10 minutes. After another 20 minutes i rang them again and the phone just rang out. After repeating this another 4 times i called them on my wife’s phone and they more or less answered straight away. I again asked them what was happening because they hadn't called back and they said they were still trying to find the key and said they would send a taxi to me to take me home and would get a locksmith in the morning and drive my car back to me. Again i suggested that i come to them and would assist in finding the key and again the man on the end of the phone refused to tell me where they were. He promised to call back in 5 minutes to let me know what was happening and asked again if i wanted a taxi home. I said "no" as i need the car in the morning for work. After another 10 minutes i phoned again but no answer. My wife eventually got through to them again and told them if it wasn’t at the agreed drop off point within 15 minutes it would be reported to the police as stolen. This appeared to get a reaction and after waiting nearly 2 hours for my car i eventually got a call from the manager and said she had been away from the car park for a while and "the staff had been looking in the wrong location for the key and now it was found and the car was on its way". She apologised profusely and said she would refund the whole parking fee and i asked her to confirm it both in an email and formally by post to which she agreed. As yet no email. I have concluded since dealing with this company they are incompetent, they lie, they are not helpful at all, near on impossible to successfully communicate with by mobile, they don’t care after they have your money and furthermore i would challenge APD to respond to this communication legally if they so wish.

Tried to contact APD through their office 01293 781387 No answer apart from a voice message stating you can’t leave a message.
I phoned the mobile number again and spoke to someone who explained that they are currently upgrading the phone system and cannot reply to emails but it should be up and running by tomorrow???????? I asked where was my written apology and return of the parking fee? She promised to call me back tomorrow am and let me know what is happening???

No return call from this person as promised!!! So i contacted her again. She didn’t remember assuring me she would call am today to let me know what was happening (convenient) and said the email system was still not working. I questioned “ how are you taking bookings and payment then?” no satisfactory response. She took a while to recall our telephone conversation yesterday and again apologised about the inconvenience. I then asked her what was happening with regard to the clearly unacceptable situation caused by APD and when would i get an apology and a full refund. Her reply was “hopefully the system would be up and running tomorrow or latest Thursday midday”. Again she assured me she would call me tomorrow whatever the latest update was so i would be kept informed of the progress. So i await another promised call from her tomorrow.

Once again no return call either today or yesterday from this same person as promised (why am i not surprised!)
Tried to contact head office no reply and no message service. Rung her again on mobile (at least it was answered on first attempt) she said she had left a message on my mobile??? No message left either today or yesterday! I asked why i hadn’t received a written apology and she stated the email system had a glitch and would be up and running again by tomorrow. I requested she either ring me or text me to confirm the apology had been written and the money returned back to my account as she had offered in light of “the dreadful service” i had received. Clearly their proactive response is not dissimilar to their car parking service.

Still no formal apology or phone call from her with regard refunding the parking fee. Got through on mobile number to a male who said she wouldn’t back on duty until 17:00hrs.

I will attempt again and will now post this on parking review and also contact Trading standards.
There is no new web address or contact number as advised by the company and the original phone number is not answered and there is no message facility.
Up to you whether you choose to use this company but be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... Rip off merchants. Promise to email confirmation of booking, bu when you dare to ask the day before you are supposed to meet them, their rep becomes abusive and swears at you. Then tells you that your order will be cancelled but you wont be eligible for a refund!!! ]

Well finally reached Julie at 21.30 hours on 12-10-2012. She promised to send an email with an apology and a refund. E mail checked and apology recieved together with a copy of the refund. Now waiting for the funds to clear as of 15-10-2012.

Dont Believe Everything You Hear!
I have now used adp parking for a number of years and have always been fairly happy and returned to the cheap service.
One thing i have learned as a regular gatwick user is that this business seems very cut throat with the bigger firms trying to give others a bad reputation and steel their customers.
On one occasion when i did have to wait 10mins or so for my car to be collected i was made fully aware, and they kept in contact with me letting me know how near the driver was and were very appologetic once the driver got to me. I was ok and not going to miss my flight over 10mins so did not cause a fuss, but couldnt help notice how many bigger rival firms were trying to take my car for me and run this company down to the hilt to me, obviously not knowing i had used them for years previous! Including airport officials which is not entirely fair.
Now looking through alot of these reviews i find them very hard to believe
and probably hoaxes made up by other companies trying to drive this one off the airport. In my many years observing at the airport ive noticed that all the meet and greet companies are very similar even the bigger more expensive ones leave screaming customers waiting! They cannot get it right every time, with the ever changing terminals and customer drop off zones which appear to be getting smaller and smaller by the year! Traffic build ups, weather conditions not to mention rude wardens and officials.
I still have faith in ADP and i think you will find the more you pay doesnt guarantee you great service with any of the others....

check out Gatwick Blog. 80 bad reviews!!! Three times vehicles have been locked up in a compound because Adp didnt pay the rent. People have not been kept waiting for hours... but for DAYS!
Every now and then when the bad reviews are coming thick and fast a rogue good review appears on this site. I must admit they are getting better its normally some one who doesn't write English very well. I think you are naive to think that people will believe that almost 90 reviews in less than a year are made up to put a company out of business. For anyone that might be swayed by your ridiculous comments may I suggest you try to post a made up bad review on this site. All negative reviews are verified.I had to send in proof of out of pocket expenses of which there were £560.00 and all the emails between myself and ADP before my review was posted. Anyone looking at this site should be very sceptical of your review which seems to slander other companies more than it supports ADP. If you are uncertain do a search on the owner of ADP parking and then see if you want to give her your hard earned cash and more importantly your car,. And if you still think its such a bargain you cant afford not to, take a very warm coat for your long wait and have lots of extra cash available for your alternative journey home and the parking tickets that could arrive through your letterbox a week later

Dont Do It, Pay For A Proper Company. Adp Parking A Sham
i was totally amazed by the lack of commitment to this FIRM, i went to gat wick on 14 sept and returned a week later to have to wait for 2 hours for my car to be RETURNED, no meet and greet what so EVER, phone became UNOBTAINABLE, what a SURPRISE, couldnt get hold of ANYONE. then at 5.45 in morining my car finally arrived after 2 HOURS, needles to say i was fit to BURST, when i did manage to get through after 15 phone CALLS, i had a cocky little jobsworth on the other end being quit indignant because i dared to ask where my car WAS, my advice pay more to get a proper firm IN, everything they say bout this firm is true it is a SHAM, i was told for i booked it that i wouldnt have to WORRY, as i doubled checked after reading reviews so i gave them the benefit of the DOUBT, my god i wished i HADNT,

Oh how I had read these reviews myself before booking with these ADP sharks. I went for what seemed like a great deal: Drop your car off at the Gatwick terminal and it will be there for you when you get back from your trip, all for the same price as regular off-site parking. Terrible decision! My drop-off went off smoothly but on returning I could not get hold of them. Initially it just rang and then was engaged for 2 AND HALF HOURS! Finally got through and then had to wait another 30min before I got my car. DO NOT GO NEAR ADP parking. - Tim -
