Absolutely horrendous airline. Do not fly with this airline, will do everything to avoid flying their customers.

The Head of the Department at Lyon Airport, a woman called Reem (wearing a white jumper with the word Sunday on it) is very rude, unprofessional and it seemed that she actually wanted us to be stuck and not be able to get on our flight. She refused to give us her name but we heard her colleagues calling her.

We had spoken to the Tunisian embassy before booking our flights and they had confirmed that my husband didn’t need a visa to fly to Tunisia and that he would get a visa on arrival as an Indian citizen. We showed them our hotel booking and return flights and every possible website that would state exactly that but Reem, would not accept it and say that she spoke to “someone” on the phone who said that he needs a visa before the flight. We asked her who she had spoken to but she wouldn’t tell us, we asked her if we could speak to her contact and explain the situation and she abruptly said no! Who knows to what random person she had spoken or maybe she just made it up!

It’s unbelievable that an airline would treat their paying customers that way, we were with a baby and two small children. We then finally could reach someone on the phone at the airport from Tunis who wanted to speak to Reem and confirm that we could fly but she had just disappeared!
Obviously, we will sue this airline for making us miss our flight and our holiday but for sure we will never, ever book again with them! Avoid at all cost!
