Came for CBT, left thinking I might be Valentino Rossi (on a scooter). Thought CBT meant “Can’t Balance Today” but these guys proved me wrong .

Amazing CBT training experience. The instructors were very friendly and professional. He explained the theory very clearly and made everything easy to understand. He was great with the practical training and helped me feel confident riding the scooter. Highly recommend!

I honestly can’t praise this motorcycle training centre enough. From start to finish the support, professionalism, and quality of training were outstanding, and thanks to them I passed both Module 1 and Module 2 first time.

He is an exceptional instructor, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching. His clear guidance, encouragement, and attention to detail made a huge difference to my confidence and ability on the bike.

I recently passed my full A motorcycle licence and couldn’t be happier with the experience at Universal Motorcycle Training. Throughout the journey, both the admin staff and the trainer were extremely professional and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

A special mention to my trainer, whose knowledge, commitment, and genuine care excelled. I had no prior understanding of what the Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests involved, but he ensured I was fully prepared with the right skills and confidence before taking the tests. Thanks to his guidance, I passed both on my first attempt.

Got my full A license with Universal MCT. Never ridden a motorbike in my life. So did CBT, passed MOD1 1st attempt and MOD2 3rd attempt (lack of experience, all my faults in first 2 attempts).

I worked with multiple people during my journey. Everyone gave me useful advises and made me a better rider.

But special thanks to my main teacher and pal for both MOD1 and MOD2. We had a great vibe and atmosphere all the time. He is really experienced and engaged motorbike instructor. I am really glad that we managed to ride in different areas and conditions (even during heavy rain). As instructor he creates a great environment to learn in with enough room for experiments and no fear to make mistakes. It's obvious that he cares about students and wants new joiners to ride safe. He also follows the time schedule and provides enough room to heat up before the exam, so it doesn't feel like rush.

When we passed MOD2 - he did an extra TFL course for my group where we did countryside roads riding with great serpentine roads and loads of advises from his side - it's invaluable experience. Happy that I won't need to learn this from youtube videos :D

My bike was a Hornet 2023 with 3k miles only. Happy that my journey was with this team. At the end - it's all about people I've met and will miss this time.

I wanted to thank universal for helping me get the CBT. He was a very patient instructor and even though it took me two tries I'm happy that I finally passed! Thank you for the support and much respect for keeping the standards high and making sure I and the other trainees are safe on and off the road. Happy days!

Best mortorcycle trainer/coach/instructor in london that I have experienced. Instructor is an excellent professional who has wonderful approach to understand individual need of each traine followed by impressive ability to plan/execute person centered training throughout CBT.
