Totally Disgusting Service

I ordered for a friends birthday. Site says sent by 1st class signed for post. Not so.  It's been nearly 2 weeks and still no goods. I sent emails that were not responded to. Only responds by messenger and is very rude. When questioned she keeps saying not in the office and will get back to me. Told that she would forward tracking details for the parcel and then but didn't. Claimshe that she sends items twice a week via the above method then changed her mind and said that the items are packaged and sent via royal mail and not herself. Thinks that it's funny that I don't have my order and says she sends 8000 parcels are week. But she doesn't send them or package them royal mail do. This woman is a disgrace. I commented on a number of her Facebook posts but she has deleted these. Do not buy from this woman. You have been warned

Stay Cleer Not Sold As Described

This company false advertised their feather angel ring as sterling silver, when clearly it is not. When first arrived I loved the ring, within 2 days made my finger green, then the copper started coming through the silver plating.

Seller then wanted me to send the ring back for testing, expecting me to pay for the postage. Saying 6000 sold without a complaint. At this point I lost all trust.

Any reputable seller would test the rings they sell and would have been mortified!

Not this one. Stay clear is my advise.

Looked Absolutely Perfect

I needed a necklace for my maid of honor dress for my sisters wedding, and I found the perfect thing on finishing-touch.co I was afraid I wouldn't get it in time, but it ended up coming sooner than I had ever expected it would. It was also much less expensive than my local options, which made it so much better. My necklace came with plenty of time to spare, and looked absolutely perfect with my dress and hair. My sister said she wished we would have just gotten that necklace for everyone! I will definitely order from them again.

Shockingly Bad Service

My Daughter bought me a bracelet in memory of my Mum because of the name - "Angel's tear". It was a bangle style and when I attempted to try it on, the bangle snapped clean in two! An email was sent, and ignored. Finally a message was sent on facebook which was answered and many messages back and forth ensued. Once she found out the item was out of her 28 day returns policy she refused to help. She sent me website links, attempting to verify her rights with the Consumer rights law but failed to accept what the law states - if an item breaks within 6 months the seller is under legal obligation to replace the item....and that was on the link she was sending me!!

Consumer rights upheld everything I'd been saying to her and that she was indeed legally responsible for the broken bracelet. A letter was sent by recorded delivery, which we know she received. Still no response.

The quality of the bracelet was appalling, it might just as well have come out of a Christmas cracker! Incidentally, many of her items are available elsewhere for a third of the price she is charging. According to the business registration there is a "proposal to strike", so beware and avoid at all costs!

I brought a broach, it broke after 1 day, I emailed them 20 times a day for 6 weeks before I got a reply. There response - we don't have a refund button, claim it back from your bank. I was blocked when I commented on their Facebook page. I brought the angel wing earring for £1 from the Wish site. Avoid

Terrible Customer Service

Bought 2 pairs of earrings from Finishing Touch - seemed a good deal but as usual when it seemed to good to be true - it is!!

The earring arrived late some 2 weeks later and both pairs were badly packaged and severely damaged and unusable.

Contacted the company several times to a variety of e-mail address but never even got a reply. When I raised a claim on Paypal, their only note back was a short "send them back" - no offer of apology or even postage cost to return!

I will pursue the claim with Paypal as I have no intention of trusting this company to replace them or refund

I've had the same problem. She conducts all her inquiries via Facebook messenger (most unprofessional). She ignores emails and also written complaints mailed to her, quoting her legal obligation. I guess she knows most people won't take action against her in the small claims courts due to the value of the items in question, I would have - it's the principle - but another company have gifted the same item to me when they heard how she'd treated us. Her customer service, or lack of, is abysmal.

i ordered my order over a week ago and still not recieved it .i have emailed them and no reply. i am starting to wonder if this company is real or have i been ripped off as there is no phone number to contact them i onLY HAVE AN EMAIL ON HOW MUCH I PAYED WITH A REF NUMBER NO CONTACT ON A LINK TO EMAIL WHICH I HAVE AND NO REPLY .

According to Trading standards she is legally required to provide a phone number and mailing address - which I pointed out to her. She has no regard for the law and has no morals. She replied to me via facebook messenger, but Consumer rights informed me that was completely unacceptable and most unprofessional and advised me not to conduct any further communication with her that way. Report her to Consumer rights, they already know about her!

in love with it straight away! Wanted it for myself! Looks way more expensive than the price! Gems sparkle and really reflect the light.. Perfect for those who aren't so crazy about wearing jewellery as its light and easy on the eye- understated yet very classy! Packaged beautifully too so saved me the hassle of wrapping! All in all very happy with my purchase.. Even happier to see my friends delighted face, she loved it!

Absolutely Fantastic.

I recently used Finishing Touch Cars for my daughters prom night at Alton Towers. The Range Rover limo arrived in plenty of time and the chauffeur, John, was absolutely fantastic and never stopped smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use them again.
