Hotel Don Pancho

Made a complaint about firedoors not operational and musty rooms, dirt and safety concerns-the managers were rude and unhelpful. They thought I was British and they became aggressive and rude. I cannot repeat the things they were saying about the English! What they did not realise is I spoke fluent Spanish because even though I speak fluent English, I am not British. Looks good until you start looking closer. Appeared to have contempt for British people-even the ones they sucked up to, they ridiculed behind their backs and laughed about it!

Don Pancho hotel staff very friendly. Panchos fun pub on the same premises. There are better hotels to stay.

This hotel was fab, best I've ever stayed in, rooms great, maids great, food was fantastic, should be a 5star. You will have a really good holiday here as I cant fault a thing.

The Don Pancho Hotel belies its 4 star status it should be 5 stars. The hotel is in a great location on the main avenue in the new town and about 100 yards front the beach. The patrons of this hotel are the older age group 40s up and there are few if any children staying there. The rooms are larger than most in Benidorm with the usual air con, TV, and fridge. The rooms have sea views. The hotel is one of the tidiest and cleanest I have ever stayed in and the food is of the highest quality. Try this hotel you won't be disappointed.
