We Have Been To The Imperial Hotel 3 Time And Are

We have been to the Imperial Hotel 3 time and are hoping to go back again in June this year. Staff are lovely. Facilities are great daytime and evening entertainment great Deago and Daniel never stopped the whole time. Food very varied and enjoyable only problem the plates were cold on the hot meal section. The beach is wonderful and clean. Would recommend this to any age group young or old.

Ibiza Is Such An Easy Place To Get Around. The Wat

Ibiza is such an easy place to get around. The water taxis were right on the beach by the Playa Imperial Hotel, and the bus stops were a couple of minutes away. What more could you ask for?

The hotel staff were very friendly. The food was very good!! A most enjoyable holiday!!

We Had Booked With Thomas Cook Before Seeing Previ

We had booked with Thomas Cook before seeing previous review so were unsure what to expect with the Playa Imperial Hotel.

Our fears were unfounded and we had an excellent holiday in a very friendly, clean hotel with good all round facilities and catering [not sure we would want to be there all inclusive in height of summer!]

Cala Llonga is ideal for families and older couples we look forward to a return visit next year.

First Room We Had At Playa Imperial Was Like The B

First room we had at Playa Imperial was like the black hole of Calcutta! dark dingy, no hairdryer, disgusting furniture and bathroom, overlooking carpark, diesel fumes, noise from buses all hours, flat roof outside balcony therefore a security risk, old wooden patio doors which rattled, noisy air conditioning and opressively hot etc etc.

After 2 days (out of a 7 day holiday) we got a room change - our tour rep had very few guests in the hotel and so had no 'clout!' - room 2 was higher up on the other side of the hotel - overlooking kitchens, air conditioning etc and INFESTED by pigeons!!!! The safe was not even screwed to the wall in the closet.... After a further 2 days we got room number 3 - FINALLY a half decent room and what a difference - beautiful furnishings and bathroom - unfortunately we had only 2 and a half days of our holiday left. I would definitely never go there again and would strongly advise others not to either.

PS Thomas Cook/JMC were very sympathetic while we were there and listened and agreed with all of our problems - but the minute we got home and made a complaint - they did not want to know!!!
