The Ultimate Dance Workout????! They Should Be Prosecuted Under The Trade Description Act.
It is such a disappointment considering the gloss and the people involved: Hollywood's top choreographer LaVelle Smith Jnr and Suzanne Cox, former Gladiator (Vogue) and now a fitness trainer. What were they thinking?
It kicks off with 3 dancers doing a fabulous routine and you're thinking 'how am I going to do that? I can’t wait!!' Then LaVelle comes on and tells you 'so you're not going to be learning that.' Oh.
I'll warn you now, there is not a lot of dancing going on, in fact there is not a lot of anything going on. There is a warm up and cool down and four sections where you’re working on different areas of the body and at the end of each section there is a dance routine – well, that kinda happens but it is so short (about a minute) you can barely call it a dance routine or even a workout. There are 6 sections, with pointless chatting and waste of time section transitions all in about 35 minutes – not enough time to break into a sweat.
The setting and styling is nice, there are dancers in the group of 5, so you feel as though you're joining in and the music is funky but this is all it has going for it. LaVelle seems a fun guy but he barely gives out any instructions or cues, so it's a watch and learn routine – it is pretty simple so not too much of a problem.
I think Suzanne is there to add some kind of credibility to the DVD and she chips in with a few fact-based comments. There are a couple of errors which they should have re-shot but they probably didn't have time considering it looks as though it was made up in the morning and they shot it in the afternoon.
Certainly suitable for beginners as there is not much effort required but there are so many more other DVDs on the market, I wouldn't waste your time.
There is a nutrition section but it just provides you with 8 tips you've heard before, for example: drink plenty of water and eat more fruit and vegetables. Of course excellent tips but nothing new to be seen here.

Bodylicious Is Not Worth Buying At All! It Is Ridi
Bodylicious is not worth buying at all! It is ridiculously easy, which means you don't actually sweat at all, and don't feel like you've done any excercise whatsoever. I found the people on it really irritating and patronising.
Really Annoying Dancer (worked With Michael Jackso
Really annoying dancer (worked with Michael Jackson...allegedly) and Vogue from Gladiators...This DVD was sooo bad! What a waste of money and time, i hardly got out of breath! And the dance moves are so bad, you wouldn't do them in a fit! Don't waste your money!

For A Start Bodylicious Is Not A Work Out Video, I
For a start Bodylicious is not a work out video, its like one long warm up, you just stretch and stuff. It's boring and hurts because you have to do press ups and sit ups. YAWN! The set is scutty, I think it's ment to be like an underground "cool" dance studio but it just looks pants. There's a funny looking black dancer that's on the screen all the time, she's got big teeth and lights shine off them, I don't think she's all there. Also some English bird who can't dance to save her life keeps butting in with random, irrelivant comments which put me off. Also the model who's supposed to look like Beyonce appears at the end of every section and you can see right up her skirt. I Say bring back Mr Motivator.
