I have had huge confident boost and excellent lessons from one of the instructors here, he has shown me the correct and best way to drive and has successfully got me passed my theory with help and support and today has guided me past my driving test. Always on time for me and suited the minimum hours I could take as of work and every lesson was a joy n confidence is booming thorough with everything yet enjoyable and so happy to recommend to anybody thank you Andy1st for yourselves and a big thank you too to my instructor, thank you all

Tried to speak with Andy but stated he would only communicate by email ? I explained I wanted to set up lessons for my daughter and just wanted to discuss the lessons and some reassurance as a father regarding the instructor as she was alone in Birmingham at Uni. Started to communicate briefly on email and then just stopped replying and absolutely REFUSED to talk on the phone very suspicious behaviour!

I had my first lesson and at the end of my lesson instructer told me he'll be on long holidays ! Such a WASTE of time and money !!

The person I dealt with is an excellent instructor: he motivates to improve yourself, e.g. after a bad manoeuvre he will say "Hmm, you can do better than that" in such a way that you really want to try again and get it right.

Moreover, he gives lots of valuable advice: from buying a car, insurance, road tax to tips that will stay with me for the rest of my driving life, e.g. if you are stuck driving out onto a very busy road then making eye contact with oncoming drivers will mean they will stop and let you get out.

Also, he is a really nice person and I will miss our interesting conversations and his quiet, dry sense of humour!

This driving school is a joke! They’ve basically robbed my daughter of money with their so called driving lessons. She drove with Andy, the company’s owner and he was useless! He never hardly taught her anything, he wouldn’t let her drive by herself, he kept using the dual control constantly , even though she can drive, he used to talk most of the lessons about things completely irrelevant to the lesson, he prolonged the chats so the driving was limited, he kept grabbing the steering wheel, he was rude, ignorent, obnoxious and a terrible instructor and my daughter is so angry she wasted 15 lessons with this instructor because she wasn’t aware he was ripping her off never having any lessons before, she was unaware he wasn’t meant to be teaching her like this and eventually realised and never had anymore lessons. She shoild if demanded a refund for all the time wasted and money driving with this horrendous driving school and instructor. If any one is thinking of using them, please don’t, you’ll be disappointed and not learn anything. Sadly they’re still allowed to carry on this charade!

Andy 1st driving school seemed like a decent company. Having sent my daughter for lessons with them i could be more wrong. The instructor said he only operated 2 hour lessons as this was quicker. At first i thought great. When after a few lessons i asked my daughter how is was going she mentioned that the instructors drives to a location for her to begin driving. Then drives her home. I basically paying an advanced taxi fare for his time. For her 2 hour lesson I’m lucky if she close to 1 hour driving. on top of that he pauses her lessons to fill up on petrol and she doesn't get the time back and some occasions asked her to avoid revving the engine too much as he didn't have much petrol in the car! He couldn't organise a drinking party in a brewery often late, late notifications of lessons. Often unprofessional in the way he spoke to her as a new driver. Then when i complained they said she was rude!!! Avoid at all costs.

I have put off learning to drive due to an anxiety disorder but in August 2018 due to health and work reasons decided now was the time!

At 47yrs old and with no driving experience at all from the 1st lesson Saj my instructor put me at complete ease, boosted my confidence and made me believe I could do this! He made learning very easy with his years of experience and knowledge even taking time to make little sketches of maneuvers which helped immensely.

So within 2 short months Saj had taught me to drive, helped me pass the theory test and ultimately pass my practical 1st time!!! I can't thank him enough!

I've now been on the road since 25th September and my life has completely changed for the better.

Driving school employed a very professional and helpful instructor by the name of Ibrar. Spent not a long time with him but learnt a lot of stuff in that time which ultimately helped me pass. Would definitely recommend to a friend !

I am pleased with my driving instructor, he always checks that the date and times of my lesson are ok and that I am still available. I feel like I have learnt a lot and I am getting a lot of driving done, so I am improving quite quick. I really enjoy these lessons and I look forward to them. I would definitely recommend.
