I have visited Francesca many times over the last two years and have always been thrilled with the results. She is always on trend and keeps abreast of new developments In the Lash world. I have tried glamour lashes, 3D lashes and more recently the super curly lashes, which I have to say are fantastic and have been admired by many people over the last week.

Francesca does reasonably good lashes but I now see someone in Sussex. The reason I drive 40 more miles is cos Mrs Francesca Middleton is rude,arrogant and aggressive if you are 10 minutes late even when you call to advise. She demands total punctuality even if you have to travel 20 miles on M25. My new lasher is very accomodating and does not make me stressed. I do not feel rushed and I dont feel ripped off having to pay cash all the time.

I had training with this Lady late in 2013. She was arrogant and rude after I had paid her £500. She does not have a salon its a small room in her house. I have trained again with another provider in crawley who was much more professional. I waited 2 months to get a certificate from Lash By Francesca. A completely hopeless service for £500 I would never recommend this company

Lashes comfortably and professionally applied in one hour and look amazingly natural.

A wonderful uplift for the face, no need for any other eye makeup and they stay on remarkable well even when swimming. A full set at £100 a little on the expensive side however, I would recommend Francesco if you want a job well done and a fantastic LOOK.

I had my Training with Francesca about a year ago which was good but I found her courses to be more marketing than substance. She is good at what she does but when I compared what we did with my friend who was trained by the larger companies, I was left feeling a little disappointed. I find the lashes are good quality but the glue is very slow drying and not very strong. The brand is very unknown and my business hasn't really taken off as I find clients get put off by a small not well known brand. I wish I had trained with the bigger companies and though I didn't want to do a poor review, I feel that this company is better off for professionals who are not looking for a large client base.

I had my lashes done last year after my usual technician couldn't do them. I found franchesca to be a little rude( she was yawning alot!) and if I'm being honest her lashes didn't look as full or as nice as I'd hoped. She projected herself to be highly qualified but this wasn't represented in the work afterwards. I had 1 lash that was pointing the wrong way- the rest were ok- but way too long. I found the glue to smell of solvents and when I asked about this I was told this was normal. However when I spoke to a lash perfect technician she told me that the strong smell represents a cheap glue imported from the far east. Also very expensive for what it was. I would not use her again.

I have had lashes extenisions once before by another company and it was the worst expierence of my life, 3 hours of stinging, watery, glued together eyes. I was put off getting them done again.

I was introduced to Lash by Francesa and I was very happy with the service. My first full set took just an hour and I was pain free and very relaxed during the treatment. I have been back for an infill since. The lashes look great and really enhance your eyes. It's great no more mascara!
