Assuming that the goods arrive (!), no problem with the site and the prices. Prices are fully stated so VAT does not come as a suprise in the checkout stage unlike other sites that I could name. Only dissapointed that that they did not stock regular ear defenders as I wanted both active and passive units. Ah well, back to the web......

Everything fine until asked for payment card details. No option for Debit card only Credit card. Very confusing nearly did not proceed with order but accepted Debit card under Credit card heading.

Needs sorting out

Buying headsets for our office. Best4Headsets had a wide range available and were really helpful in advising what would do the job.

Headsets are a real boon for anyone like me who suffers from RSI related Tennis Elbow, I can relax a lot more and casually type as I work and talk. Best4headsets gave me some good advice on this matter - like who knows what is best a monaural USB or a binaural DECT headset ( naturally this means nothing to me).

Really nice site that Best4Headsets got a wide selection of headset products from manufacturers such as Plantronics, Sennheiser and GN Netcom as well as non-office headsets such as ear defenders and pilot/ground crew headsets.

Neatly laid out site, it's easier to find everything and all product details are clearly labelled. Prices are really good and the delivery time is really quick.
