Cavtat, Iberostar Epidaurus

What a beautiful setting, just gorgeous, we had upgraded to a superior room with sea views 2 adults and 1 16 year old , the view was amazing but really tiny room . The free safe and the fridge a bonus. The food and choice on offer was excellent and the pizza was the best ever!

The drinks on all inclusive were dire and the biggest negative of all was diet sodas were not all inclusive and they don't even do lemonade full stop. We bought our own drinks but objected to the lack of entertainment , only 2 nights there was a keyboard player and singer and 1 night a stupid quiz and 1 a game of bingo the invisible animation staff appeared for 5 minutes each night just before the bar closed , where had they been? Probably looking after the French guests who appeared to be treated much better than the rest of the nationalities.

Each day the animation put in a good effort but could have done something at night it was depressing, thank goodness there were some professional singers amongst the guests who entertained with a sing song out of desperation .

The hotel was clean and some of the staff friendly especially in the restaurant they were all fab and 10 out of ten there.

The waitesss in pool bar was lovely, so was the man from animation.

A must other than Dubrovnik is trip to Lokrum , Impossible for those with walking difficulty and sturdy shoes a must as Rocky paths but was what a place , bunnies and peacocks Rome free, the vuews outstanding and the magical Dead Sea oasis mesmerising. A wee bit expensive but would highly recommend.

At night we walked around to Cavtat old town which is lovely too and ice cream very cheap, coctails are great but not so cheap but worth it to sit watching the sun go down . All in all highly recommend if they would sort out the sugar free fuzzy drinks and make more of an effort for entertainment.

It was the Best holiday I've had for a long time.

weather great people polite and couldn't do enough for you.

Food was good always a choice and our room although slightly dated (but exactly as show in brochure) when you opened the doors and went out on to the balcony WHOW.

Clean towels and sheets and the room was spotless.

Animation team wore me out with there endless energy just watching them.
