We just wanted to send a note to say BIG THANK YOU to you and the drivers on our wedding day.

They were so great, polite, calming, personable and we really enjoyed ourselves and the journey. Please pass on our thanks and best wishes.

The cars were amazing and everyone was taking photos of them. We felt like superstars! It was a great experience all around.

We used this company for the day of my sisters wedding. She was picked up late with no apology or warning, the driver had no idea where they were going and ended up getting lost which would have made some of the wedding party miss the rest of the wedding if it wasn't for them abandoning the driver and getting a taxi. What a joke! I was embarrassed for the company.

It's understandable that mistakes can be made but to have the reception staff be so rude to us when we explained what had happened we had to complain.

Working face to face with the public myself I would never dream of speaking to anyone the way they did therfore I would never ever recommend this company!!!!

We got married on 14th October and hired Lord Cars.

They were late on the day, we had to call them to find out what happened.

They failed to prepare a route. The driver's first question to the bride was 'do you know the best way to get to the venue?'

We hired them to take us from the ceremony to the reception venue, they again, had planned no route.

Our wedding reception took place on a boat on the Thames, it left from a busy pier with strict embarking times. Our guests traveled on a bus we hired and arrived 45 minutes before the boat left. 35 minutes later Lord cars had not arrived. The bride's mother and aunt were in the car and extremely distressed, they ended up getting out of the car and getting a taxi. Thankfully the kind boat crew held out and the bride's mother made it.

We raised our issues with this company and they told us :

"It's very confusing as to what you actually want." They believe because we said thank you to the driver at the ceremony (Who was a nice man), that this justifies this awful treatment.

I am happy to provide email transcripts if you would like to make up your own mind.

We never received an apology, simply a gesture of 'good will' to pay for the taxi. PLEASE PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY. Nobody should go through the stress they caused us on our wedding day.

I would like to thank Lord Cars for making my daughters wedding day a little bit more special. The car was beautiful and the chauffeur was very professional, courteous and put my daughter At ease. I would certainly recommend. Thank you Lord Cars.

Beautiful cars and the professional chauffeur really made our day. The cars are very photogenic we couldn't have asked for more. The company is a credit to its owner who keeps the cars immaculate.

I would recommend them to anybody its worth seeing to believe.
