Poole, Holiday Inn Express

We have stayed here before, but won't be going back. Despite requesting a no-smoking bedroom, we were allocated a smokers room. The whole place stank to high heaven and we spent the night with the windows open, despite the fact it was minus 3 degrees outside. When we requested a change of room, the receptionist just said she couldn't move us as the hotel was full. No offer of any air-freshner, etc. They just didn't seem to care. Not a very good start to our new year's holiday.
