Fantastic holiday, rooms large and kept clean daily. negative was iron not available when I asked for iron was told laundry service available at extra charge. Also frustrated to find that internet only available at reception or poolside if required in room would be extra charge per day. This was disappointing as expected more from 5 star hotel. Went on breakfast and half board basis (all inclusive not given as an option by hotel). Also no drinks included in price all drinks charged extra which were expensive on top of what already paid for hotel. Price per adult for 7 days stg £1300.00 each in Nov 17. Breakfast was best ever had choices were amazing and quality and service by staff unbeatable. Staff couldn't do enough to help guests and quality and presentation of meals was exceptional.

Not made clear before or at reception that the spa, steam and jacuzzi was extra charge. Only found this out when availing of spa already and was asked to leave or pay extra which was slightly embarrassing. Pool had lovely waterfall features and plenty of sunloungers. Hotel backs on to the sea so had option to go for a swim ior just sit back with a cocktail and watch the surfers ride the waves until it got dark. Hotel ideally located in Las America and walking distance to more family friendly los Cristianos so no need for taxis.

This hotel not suitable for people wanting to party it's definitely aimed at the more mature client who want peace and quiet and a restful holiday in the sun.
