SPI loss adjusters absolutely rubbish customer service, just found out my caravan has been written off and sold before any claim has been settled??? Is it still my property? 4 months and counting but still no headway. New for old policy is pointless as they were willing to spend up to 18000 pound on a 12000 pound caravan to fix it, instead of writing off for a new caravan worth 19000.
