I Trusted The Bosch Good Name - Disappointed As Th
I trusted the Bosch good name - disappointed as this Bosch SRS43C02 machine is not well designed to clean dishes. Bowls are stacked too close and resting on each other so that the soiling from one ends up on on the bottom of the one in front; If the water can reach the surface of the utensil at all. ALWAYS do my cereal bowls need soaking and washing again. This machine is inferior to my previous one, (not Bosch), bought over 15yrs ago.
I use it at night and have to turn the power on manually, switch the machine on, then turn the power off. Cannot just switch it on and leave it.
i also have problems with this model, the water is not pumping out and i cannot locate the pump, does anyone know how i get to it??? i went on the web site but the panel i was suppose to screw off is not there

This Bosch Dishwasher Was In Use Less Than Three Y
This Bosch Dishwasher was in use less than three years, have called for service once/year for valve and electronics replacement. For the price I expected a more reliable unit.
