I had a great experience at rose city motors. I never thought in a million years I could get approved, I had such terrible credit! I put a thousand dollars down, and drove off in a 2011 cadillac CTS in less than 90minutes, the sales staff was very friendly,and efficient, and know im on the fast track to rebuilding my credit! I highly recomend this dealer-ship, and any one of the staff at the toledo location!! Thanks again Rosecity!!!

I just wanted to thank Rose City for hiring such an honest hard working salesperson like Scott Savin I purchased a Cadillac CTS from Scott and have to admit was sceptical of buying there but will definitly recommend buying a car there after my experience dealing with Scott.

Do Not Purchase a vehicle from them. I went in to see what they had what kind of deal I could get. My old car was continually breaking down. I ended up there most of the day. I was given misinformation lied to) on the car I purchased, over charged and am now looking at repair bills on top of a monthly payment. How they continue to stay in business I don't understand. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle at any of their dealership should be reimbursed. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. You take your life in your own hands when you purchase and then drive one of their vehicles.

My husband bought a car from there and we haven't even had it a month and it's been nothing but issues! First a dead battery that was caused by a bad alternator! Now his transmission is going out! They still haven't refunded the money for the battery! All you get is the run around with theses jackasses! I would love to shove this car up their asses! At least Walmart stands by their products! That is what the dealer told me that this isn't Walmart you can't return the car! Less than thirty days and nothing but problems! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

I don't get a car dealer who doesn't know the mileage on a car their selling????? Has the odometer been turned back? Another concern is people who get stuck paying a lot of money on things other dealers check, and repair prior to selling vehicles leaving the customer with sometimes huge bills they have to take take care of at there own expense due to some technical mumbo-jumbo. I found a car on line but I'm frankly afraid to take a chance I'll end up getting screwed. What ever happened to fixing malfunctions and/or warranties? Are these cars really gone over by qualified mechanics?

I purchased a 2006 Chevy Uplander from the office in Toledo. Two days later the starter went out. They were nice enough to take it in and "fix it". Now thirty three days later, it came with a thirty day warrenty the transmission has gone out. I had to take it to my own mechanic who informed me that there had been oil in the transmission. Rose city motors told me it had had a transmission flush before i bought it. Needless to say wether it's legal or not they will be fixing the car i just paid ten grand for and can't drive. The starter has gone out again as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We bought a vehicle from the Kalamazoo office. We were told that we were all set to purchase our vehicle we just needed to come and sign for it and we could take it home. We drove three hours and we got there and they didn't even have an approval yet. So they let us "borrow" the vehicle. They finally figured out an approval but of course we had to shell out more money plus the vehicle price magically went up by nearly $600.00. So we get the vehicle home and three service engine lights went on before we even made it home. We had it checked out by a mechanic which we had to pay for.So that was a few months ago and here we are with no air conditioning in an $18,000.00 vehicle in the middle of August.I took it to a mechanic and it needs $720.00 worth of work to fix a hole in the condenser that has been there for a long time come to find out. So I called Rose City Motors and talked to the manager. He was very short with me and had me call the service dept. They were very friendly but the service dept did not have the authority to work with me. So needless to say this vehicle has been nothing but a huge expensive headache. I want to give it back so bad. I look and this car everyday and think about what a huge mistake I made. This is a warning to all of those out there not to ever ever ever go here. They are scammers that are only looking to sell junker cars for ridiculous amounts.

I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy let alone a friend.

Rose City Motors over 2 days to return the call when promised to call me in a couple of hours. then trying to get them to divulge the intrest rate was like pulling teeth. after 90 minutes they finally told me that the bike would cost me 3200.00 more than i could have bought a brand new bike for. and they were going to give me 108 months to pay the loan at a generous intrest rate of 25 %. the terms were going to be finance 19000.00 with 3000. down and 108 monthly payments of 362.00......these reviews of their sense of humor and wanting to make things fun,only make me think they are planted reviews. be careful !!
