Easy to set up the list, but actually a very small range of items to choose from.
When it came to my guests purchasing items - lots of thing turned out to be out of stock and thus presented me with the awkward situation of having to tell my guests that they couldn't buy certain things for us anymore. I tried to speak to customer services both nationally and locally to enquire and raise this issue, but no one really cared!
They knew my wedding date, and clearly knew when certain things would be discontinued, so why offer them to me in the first place?
Whole system is ridiculous, and nobody seems interested in me as a customer!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEBEMHAMS AT ALL! I wish I had gone to John Lewis or something
