I've been asking for years for Webeden to cater for small/med internet based sales folk but it all seems to just trickle down years after the others. Had to move one site and looks like I'll have to move others too. Been there many years but needs must.

A simple thing like a 2nd drop down menu in the shop pages would be so welcomed. And perhaps a max of ten images and not 5? The html etc would not take long to write. Or simply cut/copy/paste the html from the existing drop down menu.

I guess they cater for newbies to the website world but should respect the wishes of those of us who have been there for 7 or 8 years or more. The responses from support dry up if they feel client frustration in the emails.

Today I have asked for a downgrade to my subscription. And I think, not sure on this, that I should have got 2 free domain names and not one for my money? You can put me right on this here I suppose.

I feel businesses today don't care so long as the money is still coming in. When revenue drops...they have meetings and then they act. But REALLY listeningto clients??? Not a Webeden 'good' point'
