I'm a new customer of this service.

Swiss-VPS blocked my account right after payment for a new VPS. There is no any answer from technical support. It's impossible to restore password with appropriate form.

It seems as a sham.

I have been a customer for several years and they have extremely unreliable service. In my case it is not important as i use the VM for testing but many times the VM just turned off and i had to open a ticket and wait a day till they restart it. The console access was also down. They are not swiss company but Australian. But they just hijacked the swiss name to gain more publicity.

I used this company to promote my project. Uptime satisfied. The guys were very friendly. Thanks.
