Do not trust this company. I have had invoice from them for £40 sent to my company e-mail address. I do not have an account with them, have never heard of them. Have referred the matter to our IT people

Received an invoice today,I do not have a website hosted with these people, none of the return links worked, including their web-site,(bit odd for website hosters!) my email had an anti-fraud marker on it, according to Companies house this company is dissolved,and not trading, they are trying to obtain credit card details by you clicking on link, probably got my email from dodgy Ebay website sellers, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS AND REPORT TO INTERNET FRAUD dept of your local police for trying to obtain money by deception.

I moved to QuickHostUK after having issues with my previous provider failing on every count. I was amazed at the service they gave me from the start and after them failing to get a response from my old provider they went strait to the domain regulating body in the UK (didn't know there was one), not only was my issue solved within 48 hours I am now paying less a month than before.

Since then my opinion hasn't changed, they have exceeded my expectations in every way and if I have failed to spot an important message from them they even went out the way to contact me on Facebook. Answers in no time even out of office hours.

Since meeting Cerrie and switching over to Quickhostuk I have found that not only have my hosting expenses decreased drastically but the personal level of customer service has gone through the roof.

Cerrie resolves and assists with issues as soon as possible and is always very helpful and direct. By this I mean I never have to wait days or hours for a response or assistance with my website.

Overall an excellent service

QuickHostUK are quick to answer support questions. In the time I have been with them, I have only had two questions for them, and each was resolved within two hours of originally being asked. I think their support is very good, and would happily recommend them to other organisations that required web hosting.

To be honest it wasnt at all what i wanted, i wanted a nice simple website that i could alter easily. A member of staff is my friend and i was convinced to get it. Maybe i wasnt clear enough and i hold no grudges but to be honest i havent been on the website or used its services since it was set up. Not any use for my requirements, also i wasnt too pleased to have all my details placed on an american site which included every contact detail under the sun. I have scored your services as average because i am not qualified to rate these services only that they were not what i required.

QuickHostUK is a fair and reliable service, QH doesnt shirk their responsibility to their customers. They are always available to answer questions without making you feel silly

I would like to know more about how to make the most of my site and optimise traffic, as well as the availability of templates to make the site appear less generic.

Excellent value for money. Been in touch with customer service lots about tiny little problems and they have always responded within 24 hours with clear instructions and are always polite. Web hosting and email is great especially with "catch all" emails so that I have all emails to my domain sent to me. Includes lots of install scripts for things like Wordpress and Joomla which was very useful for getting my website set up quickly. Only small thing that I don't currently have is FTP access but haven't looked into that enough to see if it's my fault or just not available on the basic package.

First of all, I recently changed my web hosting company from 1&1 to QuickHostUK due to privacy issues I had with the 1&1. Someone just sent them my false ID and got access to the control panel, changed all my user details, settings and deleted all my data. Therefore I decides to change web hosting provider to QuickHostUK. From that period I had no problems at all. Customer service is really professional. My domain is working smoothly and everything seems correct.
