Problem Fixed In 2 Minutes On A Sunday Morning

My website exceeded the bandwidth limit during Saturday night. To be honest I wasn't expecting the live chat to be working on Sundays but apparently there is always someone there to solve a situation.

I upgraded my package to unlimited bandwidth for less than £60. The new package was showing in my account but it wasn't active.The person who handled my problem fixed it in literally 2 minutes.They didn't even charge the whole year so I only paid £18 for the rest of my contract. They could consider it as a new contract and make me pay the full amount.

All in all a five star customer support with a five star prices. Couldn't be more happy.

Ip Issues

Contacted my provider Domainexpress regarding a server connection timeout that has been happening with my business email package.My Live Chat request was answered ( by Mr Fordham) promptly and the issue fixed within minutes. Also received advice on a separate issue, very helpful and efficient. Thanks.

Helpful And Quick

I have had a member of Domain express help me today. we used Team viewer. The problem was solved very quickly. My only regret is that the problem i had is a recurring with Mac mail and I would have liked the expert to have talked me though what he did so I could deal with it next time it occurs because I have no doubt it will happen again because Mac Mail is such an unstable email client. I do need to use it though as it's compatible with and works well throughout the apple devices I work with. So I have to stick with it.

No Fuss Resolution

I needed to use the on-line chat option to get some help with paying an invoice. The chap I was speaking to was great, but I had to leave my desk without finishing the conversation. He realized I was gone but when I came back an hour or so later and reconnected I was transferred to him to chat again and we finished resolving the issue I was having. Sometimes you think the on-line chat will not be good - think again!

Incoming Email Blocked

Incoming email from two different senders to my domain hosted by DomainExpress was being bounced.

Contacted Chat and "spoke" to Oliver. Soon sorted the reason for the bounce (the source IP addresses were on a black list. Oliver added the ip's to the White list, and email now being received.

Great Customer Service

I have been hosting with Domain Express for over a year now and have not had any issues. Their support and customer service is excellent, which is why I decided to move all my domains and hosting to them.
