I use the services of this host for over a year. I like the fact that there is a free trial period. You can check the quality of hosting, for example, using a special tool technical support responds quickly if problems arise. Fees are loyal, the quality of hosting is excellent.

Honestly, i tried OVH and a couple of other hosting sites but after speaking to the owner and being on the website for less than 5 minuets, you wouldn't get anything better than this, all the opinions and cheap and reliable - they are always very responsive when I require assistance and this company deserves more than 5 stars

Very good hosting site, I bought a VPS - Mega pack. The setup was fast and I got friendly support. The VPS really fast, the best one I have ever used. Brilliant service I recommend this to anyone who needs a VPS.

I have been with them for around 2 years now, best ever prices youll get, 24/7 suppirt and if they ever go down, which is very rare, they compensate for it. Their customer support staff are so friendly and they will help you in almost anything they can assist you with.
Everything was top notch and the quality of the hosting I got is superb for both VPS hosting and website hosting.

Poor Support, Uptime, Just Reseller Fronting As Company
I can not warn you enough. Horrible company. No support whatsoever or support that is like nothing, claims 100% uptime, uptime was tracked and was very poor consistent with what my users were telling me. Company is also just a reseller purchasing from a real legitimate host (Contrabo). Don't even bother - go direct or with a place that is reputable. You will end up wasting so much time if you decide to go down the hell road that people call "DCT Host." You might not end up losing much money (prices are cheap which should have been a warning) but time is money, keep that in mind!! You can't make nothing if you are consistently down with bs support.

I feel so disappointed in us as a company when I read what a poor experience you say you've had. At DCT Host we truly pride ourselves in having a very reasonable and high quality support team. Our prices, we find, are competitive. We don't want to charge people too much for our service because we believe that with our mix of high quality support AND high quality service, users shouldn't need to take out a small loan to purchase one of our services! We indeed agree that time is money, which is why I'd love to invite you to have three months of hosting on us, in an attempt to change your mind and show you that we can be the supporting and high quality service that you expect from us.

Great Service!
When I first had my host set up I received way more help than I was expecting. Within 5 minutes my host was set up and furthermore I received support with transferring my databases and files from my previous provider. I couldn't be happier with the service that is being provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is on the edge about this company.
