I came across this site and saw a few mixed reviews, so thought I would add my two peneth!

I have been with Nativespace for probably 7+ years. They were first recommended to me from a friend. I have a reseller account with them that hosts other websites.

Over the years i have essentially stuck with them, as I always err on worst cases scenario with webspace, if your site goes down or falls to bits, you want communication with the server people ASAP and for them to help you out ASAP.
In my experience, this has always happened for me. When I have submitted a ticket in the past to them, they have responded within a few hours, night or day and come back with an answer.
Just recently, I had two sites hacked and code injected thoughout two different CMS systems. I submitted a ticket to Nativespace and they basically, re-installed the sites from previous backups and advised me on how to better secure the sites.
I know I would never get that level of service from free or ultra cheap webspace. I have treid many over the years and although many are cheaper, you get in no way the same level of support. As long as you outline your complete problem and are polite, in general they respond the same!

Also, being in the UK, I know i could in theory go visit them, the servers UK based, so better for SEO and with all webspace, you need to have the piece of mind there is someone there to look after you when things go wrong.

I am happy with their service and feel i am looked after very well. This is worth paying a little more for, as the alternatives of very cheap webspace is that when things go wrong on a website, there is no one willing to help you. The above example could have cost me loads in time and money to get the sites working again, but Nativespace helped me out for free as part of the service. Can't argue with that.

Sorry if this sounds a little slushy in parts, but when you have experienced both sides of the coin when it comes to server support (i have had weeks of no communication with other providers and it cost time and money), its a good feeling to have people who you know look after you.
