“Website down for more than 24 hours”

I would not recommend Namesco. Our website that we have been hosting with them for two years has now been down for more than 24 hours. I spent almost 6 hours on the phone yesterday speaking with 4 different support persons in the company, only to hear from the last person I spoke to that in fact it was Namesco's problem - their problem with the server - and that it was now too late to look into the issue, as the technician capable of looking into it had gone home already... The other three persons who I spoke to throughout the day did their best to convince me that it was our website's and developer's problem. They were not helpful at all, wasting my time and unable to identify what the problems was, or at least to get a senior technician to look at it.
Now, we are losing business and our customers' trust because the website is down and Namesco's apparent inability to admit and resolve a technical problem on their side swiftly and fast.
Finally, every time I had to speak to them on the phone yesterday and today, just to get through, I had to wait for 20 minutes or more, listening to music and advertisement on my phone (and that is 0845 number).
I will never use them again, and would not recommend anyone running a business to trust their business smooth online operation to them. This judgement is based purely on our experience with them as a company. The last two days have been a nightmare for us as business owners and have damaged our business significantly, leaving us paralised and unable to communicate with our customers, unable to advertise, and undermining our customers' trust in us.
We are paying them £22 per month for hosting.
