I'd hate to run a hosting services. It must be a nightmare at times. whenever something goes wrong customers must get very stressed. Everything is urgent. I guess that is why most hosting companies hide behind impossible to navigate customer support pages and self help tools. For me 34sp are always helpful and incredible patient. If i have problems i email their support team and one of their Manchester team email back with specific answers (not just generic rubbish). Very patient, knowledgeable and flexible. I don't really know how they remain polite and friendly but they do. As a professional i need my issues to be taken seriously. And that's what happens. A reliable and easy to use service. recommended.
