Teltryes are misleading customers please avoid!!! I had a locking nut problem so I looked online for the best around to remove them as I lost the locking nut key. After seeing good reviews I when for this place as they claim to be professionals and experienced experts at removing them. I had my van booked in for 1pm. after not hearing from them I rang the office for the young lady to tell me they are struggling. It was shutting soon so I needed to book in at a later date and collect the van. the man came in the office and said they can not do it as there is not time today and the job is a lot harder now so the price is going up. I wen outside to discover half a bolt left on. So I booked my van in for a second time at 10am after waiting all day I ring them at 4 o clock to now be told they can not do the job as the last person has made it really hard for it to be done. When I explained that it was them she said they will have to drill it out and it will take hours.I needed new tyres so I agreed to go back again. After hours waiting I was told by the young apprentice that they can not do it and take it to someone else. I when to my van and the rim had been butchered and bolt was melted down to nothing to make it impossible to take off. After trying 3 more garages no one will touch it, they all say it’s the worst attempt ever and go back to the same people who done the Damage as it was a simple job and should of only taken no more than 1 hour. Im really disappointed that they have left me in this pickle, and cost me hundreds now to repair.

Went to Teltyres Wellington Telford to get two front tyres replaced. The tyre make I wanted was not available so the garage fitted a better quality make for the same price.

Friendly staff, cosy waiting room and reasonably priced. Will go there in future to get my tyres changed. Recommeded.
