My travel insurance was auto renewed in March on my credit card. I promptly rang up and said cancel it and put my money back on my card. They said it will be refunded in several working days. I assumed it was done and didn't check.
Anyway I just noticed a refund on my account which took 3 months!!!!
SWIFTCOVER .... what was you doing with my money for 3 months? FFS that is theft. They take money from your card without permission. Give you 14 days to get it cancelled. Then give it you back 3 months later.
Any one else experience this abuse of trust by swiftcover?
They made no excuses and said they didn't know why it happened and apologised. Well let me tell you swiftcover....computers are black and white. There are no grey areas. So who made the decision to hold customers money?
Anyone know which governing body I should escalate this to?
