Absolutely shocking customer service. They are a nightmare to deal with. Advertised a seating plan upgrade to be added on to our tickets to allow us to select seats together. This is actually not the case. What this "service" provides is NOTHING. They say they will hopefully be able to have us sitting together when we check in but that it is not guaranteed (therefore we have paid more to maybe sit together). This is what normally happens for free with an airline. They are also declining a refund on the seating upgrade. Shameful company. NEVER use them.
