Recently booked a caravan through this website.Contacted owner and arranged payment through bank transfer and booked relevant dates. Week before holiday found the caravan had been took off site and no contact from owner.Emailed bev to ask for advert details as obviously she would have the relevant information as the owner would have paid the advertising costs and given the proof of caravan ownership to bev to add the caravan on the website.Had one email which was of no help i sent. further 2 emails and still no help from bev. Absolutely disgusted no holiday and 3 heartbroken children so all i can say is steer clear of this website as some of the caravans advertised are run by people who advertise false caravans take your money and run fuming is not the word !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have no right to accuse owners of advertising false caravans, you should have persued it further with her and surely you had owners details if you had paid her? Don't accuse us honest owners
