I had dealings with various people at Worldwide but I found Vince to be the best. Despite my not being clear about dates etc, he was always polite and patient and didn't try the hard sell which I really appreicated. I even found a good flight online but decided to wait until Vince called the next day because he said he would and he always delivered. So finally we found the best flight and I was very happy.
