I Spoke to someoneĀ earlier today and have found him to be incredibly rude. Two transactions were processed together from my account and are awaiting authorisation. Didn't let me explain fully and I had to keep asking him to let me finish my explanation, kept saying 'we deal with this all the time so I know what you will say next'. Was very rude and kept saying it is a process from the bank and the bank 'HSBC' purposely do this to keep funds aside???. I have spoken to my bank and they have let me know that this is common occurrence with some companies and it will be dealt with by the fraud team,
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. incredibly dodgy!!!
