Informative when she replies; however, not efficient at keeping customers informed of progress/outcome of queries. A lot of chasing needed to get updates. Could do with replying quicker and maintaining customers aware of progress of their queries.

Also needs to consider being more polite when dealing with rightfully annoyed customers.
