these scumbags ripped me off also for 1600 pound. was supposed to be going to new zealand mon 20th jan. i cant get my head round the fact nobody is doing anything about them. action fraud,trading standards, citizen advice, all you get is go to companies house, nobody is checking the account of mark benson at barclays bank. and because of this they are still able to carry on ripping people off . i wish i knew where they was because i would be taking the law into my own hands.because i did a bank transfer, im not able to get my money back either. very expensive lesson learnt in all of this

I paid them £2000,was due to pay them £2000 at the end of December, but the money come back in my account. when I tried to ring them the phone number is not in use, website now closed, e-mails coming back undelivered. The Air line does not know them. The police think its not a crime, advice me to deal with trading standards, trading standards thinks its a customer services issue. Paid by my debt card and mu bank can not refund because its a bill payment. No one is prepared to stop these people, The company is still trading as per companies house information. the Director's address in available, the registered address for the company is available, Barclays bank is my next stop because that's the banker of these travel scams which every one is protecting.

These people were exceptionally polite and offered a travel fare cheper than all the agents I had called for quotes. From their website they seemed professional and well acclaimed on social media. my mistake was taking their "company" at face value and not digging deeper to verify their ATOL number... If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

They took full payment promising to issue my eticket on 3rd Dec, only to give excuses about some backlog of tickets to be issued, promising to issue the ticket on 5th. I was to travel on 7th Dec but they disappeared and I ended up buying a new ticket!!

My advice- ALWAYS book directly with the airline yourself or make sure you check the ATOL registration number and physical address of any travel agent you use.

I hope someone will avoid the pain we have all been through by reading this before booking with these criminals. The evil men do lives after them!! My God of Justice will punish these people. They will not get away with it!

Don't deal with them they took me for a large sum. They are very good at sounding genuine. They need to understand 'you can run but you can't hide'. The world is a small place and what goes around comes around.

If YOU are responsible you will be found and punished. Better give yourself up now, you'll be a lot safer in prison.

Advice from hindsight. Only make online purchases with an insured credit/debit card. If using a travel agent make sure they are ABTA/ATOL registered.

A guy tricked my family of £4000 for a family holiday together with a friend with her family not mentioning colleagues I recommended. These guys will never enjoy this money as they never worked hard for it. Evil people they are, I hope they will rot in hell.

Just found out I have also been duped. Paid just under 2600 pounds end of November for tickets that don't exist. Unfortunately paid via bank transfer - lesson learned not to part with such sums with no back up cover. So upsetting and devastating for my family who have worked overtime and all hours to save. Reported to Fraud team. Think maybe also using 'Cheap flights bookers' as a business. Be careful!

I was supposed to get my ticket on the 3rd December to travel on the 3rd of January. The ticket never arrived on the 3rd. I rang them and they said it will come on the 15th as they were issuing tickets for people travelling in December first. Come the 15th and still no ticket. I sent them emails and got no reply. I phoned their number and could not get through as the number is not being recognised. It looks like I have joined the statistics of people tricked by this rogue travel firm
