Super Escapes is a load of rubbish

Super Escapes should be driven out of business as they do not know what they are selling and people constantly falls for their trick, all they do is ask for more and more money everything comes with more money.

I would like to say from the beginning your company has mess me around with my booking and I still never got what I requested without having to pay extra whilst on vacation - how disguating is that when you put your trust in a company.

White Sands where I stayed was a filthy nasty place to stay with Lizards, Coach-roaches and rats running around in the apartment, things were broken the kitchen and bathroom was disgusting and filthy (I have pictures to prove this) this is not a place to send people who have worked hard for their money and yet get a dodgy and dishonest deal.

Super Escapes you are a load of rubbish and your staff don't even know what they selling and only word they all use is "I will check with our provider" never never again with Super Escapes

When you're booking an holiday with an agency you expect them to have all the answers well these people don't and half the time I cannot understand what they were saying.

They take advantage at the fact that people are looking for the cheapest holiday as it starts off cheap enough but by the end of your booking it's cost you a lot more then you expected to pay from the beginning.
