I do not book holidays very often and today I was reminded of why....the multiple hidden costs. Staff as a whole have been very friendly and keen to help but there was one occasion when speaking to someone where they were very rude, pushy, didn't listen and I had to put the phone down.
The hidden costs seem to sneak in every time you proceed on to a next level of payment and for someone like me who really has to budget and save for a holiday, not only is it embarrassing that I cannot afford it but its very frustrating when you are at the final payment stage and you have another £200+ cost whacked on. I think the company needs to lay its cards on the table straight away as people are more likely to trust you and buy a holiday if they don't feel like they are being deceived.
