I actually dealt with one staff member on many occasions trying to find a holiday within our budget. This staff member made it her mission to find us one. She was so, so helpful that it is a shame I cannot use her name on here. In the end, after probably 10 different searches and phone calls we found one. It turned out to be exactly what we had been looking for so was the perfect choice.
The return transfer was a nightmare in terms of times and length of the journey but that is out of their control. It was meant to be 2 hours and it was actually 3 with far too many pick ups for 2am in the morning!
