Just came from discover europe without Disneyland your.This was our 2nd trip after panoramic europe last year .Must say that the 1st tour was far better than the 2nd. This was particularly due to the tour manager.She was not at all concerned about enjoyment of the tour and behaves like a school headmaster throughout the tour .no games/housie ,no q and a. Everywhere the only instruction was to come back and so and so time that's all.the first tour manager was quite involved with the group 2nd tour manager was not at all involved.At one point when there were rains the luggage space was kept open when we were in hotel. When asked she said that they will be closed only after everybody keeps the luggage. Till then it will not be closed .At all the lunch/dinner places we were told to hurry up because there are 4/5 other star tour coaches which are coming and it will be a big mess if we don't hurry up. this is very pathetic and totally unbecoming of star tours.
