They have very competitive prices for the flights. we got a great price on jet airways with them which they seem to have some sort of special fare contract with as they sell perhaps the cheapest fares for jet. (they seem to have even receive many awards from the airline - as per their FB page). but IMO they can do better by simplifying some processes especially the payment options.I could not pay by a third party credit card. had to pay it in their account.
